The budget below reflects a weekend of 3 performances in your city. Obviously some costs would change depending on where you are located and how many performances you desire. The Technical Requirements for the show are minimal:
- Minimum stage size needed: 18 ft. wide x 15 ft. deep
- Sound design created on CDs, player and system required in space.
- Minimal Lighting required: 1 general wash with large isolations LC and R needed. Light Board required in space.

- Airfare* (R/T from LAX) $400 (x 14) $5,600
- Housing* 7 rooms, 2 people per room $2,100
- Royalties $ 300
- Actor Stipends* ($150 x 13) $1,950
- Stage Manager Stipend $ 150
- Lumber/Construction* $ 200
- Misc. Expenses $ 500
Additional Line Item Notes:
- Obviously number listed can be reduced or raised significantly depending on location.
- We estimated hotel rooms at $100 per night. But hotel accommodations are not necessarily required. Our company has also stayed at comfortable guest housing when available that significantly lowered the costs.
- Estimated at $100/per show but sometimes lower.
- This number again reflects 3 shows. The minimum fee per actor, per show is $50 but this fee is possibly more depending on Equity contracts and negotiations.
- Stage Manager can be localised if enough time is given between director and SM before performance.
- If lumber is purchased, we can also build our benches upon arrival to reduce costs.
- Misc Expenses include, but are not limited to, baggage charges for travel, administrative fees, marketing fees, ground transportation, Equity fees, etc. Each city is different and requires different fulfillments and a mutually agreed upon expenditure sheet will be contracted before our arrival.
